Dangerous Scaffolding?
This caught my eye as I was cycling into Bristol this morning. My mind was on structures at the time and it looked completely unsafe to me. I’m not a trained scaffolding inspector but a building controller at the council agreed that it was unsound and sent warning notices to the property. There is hardly any cross-bracing to keep the structure stiff although some tubes have been fitted into the window reveals to restrain lateral movement. The erection was removed before the council needed to take any further action. No-one died! 
Another example of dubious integrity was spotted nearby.
